Wheelchair & Stretcher customers will be charged an additional Loading Fee for all trips

 There will be a Cancellation fee of half the rate, if pickup is cancelled within 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or should our drivers arrive at the hospital/facility or residential premises, we will charge half the cost of the scheduled rate.

Scheduling

 

All trips must be scheduled with a least a 24 hour advance notice. No exception

 

All medical appointments should be scheduled at least one day in advance and must be confirmed by office personnel prior to pick-up.

 

Discount Rates for weekly medical trip need to be purchased in advance.
