Wheelchair & Stretcher customers will be charged an additional Loading Fee for all trips

There will be a Cancellation fee of half the rate, if pickup is cancelled within 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or should our drivers arrive at the hospital/facility or residential premises, we will charge half the cost of the scheduled rate.
